Hello, everyone! As was shown in the recent Aaf Di Lait. Podcast episode, the topic for the next episode will be PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT (equivalent to SELF GROWTH). But, what is personal development?

"Personal development is defined as activities that improve awareness and identity, develop talents and potential, build human capital, facilitate employability, and enhance the quality of life and the realization of dreams and aspirations."

I feel that this would be a good soft sequel to the previous topic of MENTAL HEALTH & WELL-BEING, because personal development is an effort invested in oneself that contributes towards WELL-BEING. So, learning about how to achieve self-growth can help in having a good mental health!
