🌱 Hi San Pedro, I'm Rosanna, and I built Sprout for your little ones! 🌱
For the past few years, I've had the privilege of working with children and teens. First as a mental health counselor, then as a kindergarten teacher, and long before that, as a babysitter who never quite grew out of loving story time. 📚 I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Belize, and I'm also a certified paraprofessional. Each step along the way has deepened my understanding of how children think, feel, and grow.
Somewhere along the way, I realized what I love most: watching kids explore their world in their own way, at their own pace, and getting to be part of that adventure.
That's why I started Sprout Learning & Childcare. San Pedro's families deserve a place where children ages 2–5 can play, discover, and be little with developmentally appropriate activities, tons of storytelling, and a whole lot of heart. With a psychology background that gives me real insight into how kids develop, plus hands-on classroom and childcare experience, safety and trust aren't just boxes I check, they're the whole foundation. 💛 (CPR certified, too!)
Sprout is opening soon in Escalante Subdivision, San Pedro Town, Ambergris Caye, and spots will be limited.
