In a few words, what do you do?
I help take customers’ orders, provide customer service, and create proofs for estimate sizes and placement for approval! 👍🏻

What’s something you experienced here you didn’t expect?
A lot of customers actually realize they’re not sure what they want. So we go through what I recommend together with guidance by best print method and colour for their specific garment needs. 💙

What do you like about working at ?

Seeing the customers artwork come to life… seeing them really happy with the final work 😍

What is the biggest thing you’ve learned so far?
In general, there’s a lot more to decorating garments than one may think. And sometimes it’s a learning process, for both sides.

What do you like about your role?
I’m interested to see what designs come in! So fun to see what’s happening in our community through their designs. 🥳

If you’ve been in the shop or inquired on the deets of an order, it’s likely you’ve come across our office manager, the knowledgeable, friendly, and reliable Ben! Ben has been a part of the team for nearly 7 years providing quality service and products for our regular and new clients. He is an asset to this team and we are thankful for his innovative solutions and upbeat humour in the office.

Ben’s moving to Calgary so while we will miss seeing his smiling face in person, he’ll still be a part of the team… just a city away.
