Hooks what are they?

Hooks don't need to be complicated at all!
A hook is something to hook the viewer in so they stop scrolling.

They don't need to be crazy they just need to be something eye catching or make the viewer curious, it could be you walking or even you putting on lip gloss.

I can really be that easy!

When I'm not thinking of content or posting on my story, I'm a residential support working for adults with disabilities.

I really enjoy my job, I work with amazing people and sometimes it doesn't feel like work at all!

Of course because of the type of job I can't show too much or the residents.

So here we go again, a little bit differently!
The last few times trying to build this page and my brand i was missing one critical thing.

Me!

I wasn't being myself, I was trying to just do what everyone else was doing and it didn't work.

I've shifted my mindset to share more about myself and build a connection rather then focus on building a business. Of course building the business important but I want to build a connection and then let the business follow!

I always thought because I wasn't a mom, a wife or in a relationship or having this big life milestones that I wasn't going to be relatable or interesting.

That's because that's all I really saw online but I'm sure I'm not the only 20 something girl who still lives at home and is trying to figure it out and build herself up again!
