A fantastic and relaxing weekend spent with some of my favourite quilting friends! Lots of laughs, chatter, food, sewing and stitching and a few visitors, made for the best weekend ❤️❤️

Another great sew day with some lovely friends 😊

Today I decided to work on my embroidery quilt! I have always loved the look of embroidery and piecing together so I have taken the plunge and started one!

This is block #1 of "Journey of a Quilter". More embroidery to do but slowly I will complete the block!

About yesterday........it was a wonderful stitching day with lots of wonderful ladies!!!! It's always so much fun to talk, laugh and stitch with like minded people and even add in a wee bit of shopping!
