We are currently seeking 3 dedicated and hardworking Kitchen hand/Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. The candidates will also help prep food for large and smaller events, following detailed instructions. This position is essential to the overall success of our food service operations, contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests.
Duties:
* Efficiently wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils using commercial dishwashing equipment.
* Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by regularly cleaning countertops, floors, and equipment.
* Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, supporting cooks and kitchen staff.
* Properly handle and store food items according to safety and sanitation guidelines.
* Help with inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying management of low stock levels.
* Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is required.
* Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices is a plus.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards helping others in the hospitality industry.
* Must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as needed.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required by the company schedule.
