Building this website and branding was such a fun process. I got to plan it out, add custom coding, and create something that feels truly unique. I’m not usually big on overly interactive design, but when it adds to the user experience, I’m all in and this project definitely did.

Before my daughter, work ran my life.
I freelanced, worked full-time in marketing, even picked up shifts at a coffee shop. I took every project and chased “success” without a real strategy.

Becoming a mom shifted everything.
My version of success now is slower, simpler, and intentional including the freelance work I say yes to. And honestly, my clients get the best of me because of it: focused energy, thoughtful design, and work that’s done with real purpose.

I’m so excited to finally share the new Cookies & Cribs website! A space built for tired parents who just want better sleep, calmer nights, and a little more confidence in their routines.

This website was designed to feel warm, gentle, and reassuring, because sleep support shouldn’t feel overwhelming. It should feel like a deep breath.
and.cribs is all about promoting healthy, independent sleep habits in a way that feels supportive, realistic, and human. No pressure. No shame. Just guidance that meets families where they are.

November was full in every direction creative, cozy, chaotic, and so rewarding. ✨🤎

Between working full-time, running Taupe & Honey, launching two websites, welcoming new clients, and keeping up with mom life… this month was a lot, but in a way that made me proud.

From launching Luggage & Lens to wrapping up Cookies & Cribs, I’m reminded why I love building beautiful, intentional online spaces for people.

And in the middle of all the deadlines were the softer moments: gratitude journaling, weekly meal prep, holiday photos, the Santa parade, and all the sweet everyday memories with my little one. 🤍

Balancing a full-time job, a business, and motherhood isn’t simple but November showed me I’m doing it, one day at a time.

Here’s to a calm, creative, slow-and-steady December. ✨🤎

I’m a single mom with full-time care of my daughter. I work full-time. I have my freelance business Taupe and Honey. I do it all, and some days, it really does feel like all of it at once.

No, I’m not perfect.
Sometimes things shift. Deadlines need wiggle room. Life happens.
But what doesn’t change is how much I care about the work I do and the clients I do it for.

I’m intentional with my time, honest in my communication, and thoughtful in my process.
I don’t rush through client work. I pour into it. Even if it’s happening after bedtime or before the sun’s up.

This season has taught me how to be adaptable, resilient, and deeply connected to my why. That energy shows up in everything I create.

This monogram was crafted to feel like her photography: soft, intentional, and rooted in emotion. Every curve + serif was chosen to reflect the way captures time—elegantly, honestly, timelessly

It’s romantic without being too precious. Refined but still full of feeling. Made to sit beautifully on photos, guides, packaging. Anywhere her brand needs to show up and speak quietly but confidently.
