When I look at ads I see on & I often see 1 glaring issue.

0 qualification questions.

Companies run forms with just the basic contact information.

The results: a lot of leads, no hot leads.

Agencies often do this in an effort to get clients good looking results. We should however, get good results for our clients instead.

Good results are a consistent number of hot leads who convert.

I understand why a lot of agencies don't add these questions.
1. Faster results - with no qualification questions you are more likely to start getting leads day one.
2. Looks better on a report - many clients don't check their ads, they check the monthly reports. Having more leads will make these reports look better.

There is why I use qualification questions:
1. Get's my clients customers - having actual customers, even if it takes more time is worth while.
2. Reports are just an aspect of my reporting to clients. I also have meetings with my clients to explain what the reports mean and the results that cannot be shown on paper.

At the end of the day, as a client. Look at how much money your agency is making you. Not how many lead they are getting you.
