Growing on social media isn’t about being everywhere—it’s about being where it matters most. Founders often feel like they have to show up on every platform, but then they just burn out and never get any traction. 🐾
I love Cal Newport’s book "Slow Productivity" for this:

If you don't have an agency helping you, starting with just one platform is key to getting momentum going. Thankfully, once you master that, you can repurpose a lot of the same tactics, hooks, and even content itself across different platforms.
This is my favorite hack for founder-led brands to grow their audience with minimal effort. 💡
1️⃣ Instagram/FB (sync them) – post 3x per week
2️⃣ LinkedIn – post 3x per week (same content as Insta!)
3️⃣ YouTube – post 1x per month
This format is super accessible because you can repurpose your content across the first two platforms, and then YouTube is great for longer-form content, going deeper into topics, and Linkedin is great for increasing visibility SEO when someone googles you.
Think about where your people actually are: for B2B LinkedIn might be your goldmine, if you're a personal brand, you might wanna focus on Instagram or Tiktok. Focus on where your audience is most active and master that platform first. Once that’s running smoothly, you can expand strategically.
THAT is the key to succeeding on social—you got this! 🚀
