Today is a great day! My bootcamp starts in a couple of weeks so I decided to build some projects to prepare.

Here is the first project I have built. It is a landing page that I built using CSS, HTML, and javascript and is mobile responsive.

Both Juno College and Scrimba have been very helpful in accelerating my learning and am so looking forward to building more projects and sharing.

My husband has been pursuing his RMT and completed year one and is in his second year at ACMT and will be complete by July. He has 15 years of experience and learned Indian massage when he studied naturopathy in India. He is also, a reiki master, certified RYT 500 yoga teacher, and Ayurvedic practitioner. If you're feeling down and out, don’t stress because we’ve all been there.😰

The best thing to do is get up, get out, and do something to help yourself. 😊

Here are some simple tips for staying in your "wellness" zone and snapping out of that funk:

🌟 Exercise! Even if it's just a walk around the block, getting your body moving will help you feel better.

🌟 Eat well! It's easy to eat junk food when you're feeling down, but that will only make your mood worse. These will give your body some much-needed vitamins and antioxidants while also making you feel good about what's going into your body.

🌟 Get outside! Take a walk through a park or by the beach; being surrounded by nature can help lift your spirits and ease stress from everyday life.

🌟 Call a friend and hang out!

But what should you post? How often should you post? How do you keep your followers engaged? 🧐

To help you navigate social media, here are some helpful tips:

✅ Be authentic! People can tell if your posts are fake or not. If they're not genuine, they won't trust your business and will be less likely to use it.

✅ Engage with other users! Comment on their posts and tag them in yours. This helps build relationships with others in the community and makes people feel like they're part of something bigger than themselves.

✅ Post regularly! You don't want to overwhelm people by posting too much content at once (it can be overwhelming), but if you don't post enough content, then people will forget about you quickly. Try posting at least once a day; this gives people something new to look forward to each time they open up their feed—and helps keep them coming back for more!
