What is a Visionary & Integrator?
Visionaries are the what, integrator's are the how.
Visionaries are the ideas, integrator's make them happen.
Visionaries have business VISION, integrator's work along side the Visionaries to keep them focussed 😬.


The Visionary & Integrator have a very special relationship, and when there is a good match, anything is possible!

The Visionary (you), has the big dreams and ideas, and the Integrator (me) figures out a way to make it happen.

So what exactly does an integrator help with?

I have said this before, but I will say it again... Tech and software are your friends!

And if you want to scale and grow online, you will need them.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
One of the biggest problems I see is that the online world is really good are marketing... software, coaches, all the things.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So it can leave you in a state of overwhelm and spending $$ on software you don't need.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This give tech a bad name.
Spend money and you don't use it.
Not sure if what you are getting is best for you.
Set it up and it doesn't work....

Keeping track of everything in your head on paper is so outdated.

Keeping track of projects, tasks, running your business, working with a team is going to be SO MUCH EASIER once you implement a tech system.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But...
👉 tech is so hard to set up
👉 software is complicated, I don't know how to make it work for me and my team.
👉 I like writing things down 😂
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I get it... there is a bit of a shift and learning when it comes to implementing new systems.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
My advice? KEEP IT SO SIMPLE.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Here is a little breakdown of the slides:

If running your group program has become a little overwhelming or the back end is taking up too much time... you may be missing out on some pretty critical pieces of tech!

There are my 3 pieces of tech (software) that I recommend to all my clients that set up their back end for success!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. Email Marketing software - you can automate SO MUCH of the onboarding, offboarding and middle boarding (??) process by utilizing your email marketing software. This piece of software works with you along the marketing, sales and offer piece of your business. Make sure to utilize it for all three.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2. Database Software. I say database, but it could look like project management software too. I prefer Airtable as it works the best for all my needs (and I don't have to double up) but the MAIN goal is to have ONE MAIN PLACE and the center of truth for your business. This place is where you and your team can capture and store all the valuable information about each of your clients and potential clients (in a non- creepy way ofcourse).

3. Zapier. This is automation software, and it is amazing. You know all those 2 min tasks you should be doing to keep things running smoothly... but they are kinda small so other fires get you attention? Well this is what zapier takes care of. I use it with all the tech/software in my business and it keeps me on tops of things! We need to automate!

I know there are a lot of other very important software needed: payment, course platform, sales page... all of these are super important too. But when it comes to the BACKEND of your business (not the FUN FRONT END) these three pieces are KEY!

Before meeting Megan I think I was definitely on the competition side vs collaboration... I have no idea why and when I look back on it I think that was a little bit silly... combined with always comparing, feeling not good enough... all the stuff that don’t really contribute to reaching your goals.
