Are you actually solving the problem that you need to solve?
During one of my most recent Look Ahead Marketing Mastermind sessions with those who have worked with me over the years, I realized that many people (entrepreneurs) ask the wrong question when they are on the hot seat.
They were figuratively trying to find a way out of the trees without seeing the forest.
How many of you are trying to make changes in your business without looking at the bigger picture?
For example, instead of trying to get higher conversions, you should be looking at how to increase your volume. How to get more people to show up, into your programs or on your email list.
This tends to be a problem with many entrepreneurs and business owners, myself included. I have had to stop and ask myself the question, “what problem do I need to solve in my business to move forward?”
Another important aspect of your business is having a community.
Who can you call when you are experiencing a problem or challenge? Who will be courageous enough to be honest with you?
Having a community that will tell you what your actual problem is key so that you can spend your time focusing on the tasks that truly need to be done.
It is time to reflect…
Are you working on the right question in your business?

Do you have a community around you that is strong enough to tell you what the actual question needs to be?
