Lexus is our copywriter and in-house comedian. On top of that, she has a terrible habit of buying books faster than she can read them and an inability to finish her coffee before it gets cold; in fact, she probably has a cold coffee sitting on her desk right now. She has been inspired over the years by Fran Lebowitz, Hunter S. Thompson, and Jonas Jonasson. From short Google My Business posts to entire websites, she adapts her style, tone, and voice to the unique individuality of each client. Her favorite part of her job is watching clients react to their new elevator pitch that instantly resonates with them.

When she's not working Lexus spends her time volunteering with women in need, balled up on the couch reading 'The Picture of Dorian Gray', or rowing at the gym while listening to classic punk rock.

Today is our Digital Marketer, Melanie's birthday🎉. So, it was only fitting to feature her for our team highlight today! Learn more about her below 👇.

Melanie is our social butterfly gifted with gab. She has a bubbly personality and loves telling stories through writing, which makes her position as Social Media Coordinator/Digital Advertiser the perfect fit.

Her rapport with clients makes it easy for her to understand their clinic and develop a social media strategy that connects with patients. Melanie is also experienced in Google Search Ads and has created campaigns that have resulted in high lead conversions for clients. Each day she strives to go above and beyond for clients to ensure they are well taken care of.

In her spare time, you can find Melanie on a patio with friends or in the mountains. She is also an avid traveler who has backpacked across Europe and spent nine months working on-board a cruise ship as a hairstylist.

Content Idea 🚨: Help your audience out by giving them an idea for how often they should be coming in for tune-ups.

You can break it down by specifying specific treatments areas. Take it a step further and create future posts with a different focus. For example, if the first post was geared towards the back, the second post can be geared towards the knee.

Are you wanting more patients? You're probably thinking DUH, obviously! Wondering how to effectively invest your ad budget in order to get them through your doors?

Well, the answer is far from black and white and depends on a few factors including where patients are in the sales funnel.

We will start with Facebook vs. Google ads. The benefit of Google ads is demand capture. Catching people who are actively searching to have a need met with your services.

Whereas, Facebook ads reach customers who are closer to the top of the sales funnel and are great for reach and awareness.
