Meet the AI App superhero. 🦸

Anyone else look back at an old photo and barely recognize the version of yourself in it?

This one's from twelve years ago. Smoothie challenge, if you can believe it.

It got me thinking about why challenges work in the first place, and how that same idea applies now to funding a bit of travel without waiting for "someday."

Ahh - love that sound listening to that water trickling by.
This is a little jaunt out to Allison Creek Falls, down near the Crowsnest Pass - five years ago already.

Here's the thing I keep coming back to. You don't need a big trip to feel like you got away somewhere. A short jaunt like this, close to home, can still stretch a budget further than you'd think.

🏔️ We took a wrong turn in Kananaskis Country last week and ended up outside Mount Engadine Lodge https://mountengadine.com/ - a beautiful spot, over a thousand dollars a night.

Got me thinking about what "affluential" really means once you hit the go-go years of semi-retirement.

Not flashy. Just having the choice to say yes instead of "there's no possible way."

Calgary's headed for a high of 30 Celsius today and every to-do list in the city just got ignored.

A friend of mine, Juju Tutu, posts a daily video and admitted she wasn't feeling it at all recently. She pushed through anyway on one piece of advice:

"It doesn't have to be perfect. It just has to be done."

Worth remembering on days like this.
