They are loyal to the rewards, not necessarily the logo. If the program stops, the customer stops. So, if you don't have a loyalty program, you are losing some of your potential retention power.

At a recent talk I gave on how AI can make a business money, the key point was this: the issue isn't getting more traffic, it's getting more conversions.

I was reading this article from Digital Main Street and it reinforces what I had been saying: you need users to do something. The best way to accomplish that is to guide them with a Call to Action (CTA).

AI can reaching a broad audience with greater personalization with different CTAs based on their behavior, intent and profile data. Plus, AI can do so much more.
