We started our in 2021. It took us 2 years to scale it to 6 figures in sales, and has always been the main marketing channel for this business.

In late 2023, we decided to help other and grow their businesses the same way; that's how FullyBookedPros.com was born.

2024 was the first full year of our operation. Many clients joined us during the year, and even so we managed to generate over 400 leads for them in 2024 alone.

Sure, other probably can show better numbers, especially those that have been working longer than us.

But we work exclusively with , and it's not the easiest market sector. So, we call this a big win, primarily for our clients but also a little for ourselves :)

What can happen when you get all things right

Today, I want to show you something fantastic. Our client in BC got really nice results in the first month of the campaign -> 13 bookings at the cost of less than $80 per booking!

This doesn't happen every day, we admit.

So, what went well here?

🎯 First of all, a great website -> We helped this client design a really nice website that checks all the right boxes and is in line with their style and visual preferences 💻

🎯 Good keywords -> As usual, we focus on bottom-of-the-funnel keywords that are more likely to convert because the person looking for a service is ready to start therapy. We did careful keyword research to ensure these KWs are good for us 🔎

🎯 Good therapists -> Our client works with some of the most experienced therapists in the area; they are valued for their knowledge, and people are willing to book with them 👓

🎯 Constant optimization -> When we run ads for our clients, we pay close attention to them and optimize them regularly to ensure the traffic we're directing to our clients' websites is of high quality.

🎯 Good geographical area -> We're advertising in a good region where people are willing to start counselling and can afford it (we talk mostly private-pay customers here)

🎯 Sufficient advertising budget -> This client started their campaign with a good budget and is now gradually increasing it to maximize the results in the coming months.

Put all this together, and that's the results! 💪

If you are a or a , you have several options for promoting your business. Ads are extremely effective, provided they are done correctly and adjusted to your business profile. Let's have a look at your options:

1️⃣ Google Ads: They work great if you want to reach people specifically looking for a therapy/coaching service on Google. And believe us, the majority of them do! In fact, almost all therapists and coaches can benefit from advertising on Google.

2️⃣ Facebook/Instagram Ads: These ads are great for therapists/coaches who want to reach people with specific backgrounds/characteristics and interests. We advise you to use this channel only if you can specify an ideal client and their profile. If you target people with a specific problem (e.g., depression), Google/Instagram Ads won't be very effective.

3️⃣LinkedIn Ads: The last type of ads is mostly for (at times also therapists) working with and senior-level managers.

Do you want to attract more clients/patients on regular basis?

Pay attention to these five non-obvious elements of websites that sell like crazy:

1️⃣ Language of benefits:
Don't write about your company. Write about your clients, their needs and their problems. Focus on what you can do for them and how you can help them in their struggle. Always talk directly to your future client and focus on them and their needs.

2️⃣ Contact details and CTA buttons in more than one place:
Putting your contact form and company data in the website's footer is not enough. People need convenience. If you offer quick communication channels (e.g., chat or phone), put them and make them visible at the top of your webpage. Add CTA buttons throughout your website - you never know when someone will decide to reach out.

3️⃣ Conversion tracking:
Especially if you're planning on using performance marketing (think Google Ads), you want to track conversions and activity of your potential clients on your website. This way, you can understand what makes them reach out to you and how many people who viewed your ads actually did that.

4️⃣ Core Web Vitals:
It's a set of guidelines published recently by Google. CWVs refer to how quickly your website loads and how quickly it responds to interactions from your users. Use the free Google Lighthouse test (you can find it in dev tools in Chrome) to check how well your website performs. The better you are with CWVs, the better SEO results you will achieve. Run a Google Lighthouse test to verify your website's performance.

5️⃣ Pictures:
Your clients want to see you! Take care of good photos (and maybe even videos!) and show yourself as a warm and compassionate expert who truly understands their clients/patients and wants to help them. No pictures, no sales.
