Half strategy. Half Stampede. 🧐🤠
Every year, our mid-year retreat lines up with the Calgary Stampede. But it’s about way more than just two stepping in cowboy boots.
Our people and our culture are the backbone of everything we do. Gathering the whole team in one room gives us the space to share knowledge, celebrate each other’s wins, and make sure every single person is aligned and pulling toward the same big goals, regardless of how different our roles are.
We spend the morning reflecting on the past six months and setting the stage for an even stronger second half of the year...
..and then the laptops get swapped for boots to celebrate the absolute best team! 🎉
