There are many reasons why organizations may need to rebrand. Some are business-oriented issues such as a merger or acquisition, a trademark or legal issue, or a new market or line of business. But most often than not, rebrands are needed when organizations fail to evolve with their audience and market needs. Failing to continuously evolve your brand over time may lead to stagnation and irrelevance and rebranding at that point in time may be too late.
