Anthem Resilience Consulting
Brand Strategy, Naming, Identity, Website Support

Anthem Resilience Consulting helps organizations align purpose, strategy, and people to build clarity and resilience at every level.

We partnered with the founders, Rory and Jade, to bring structure and clarity to their methodology, develop a name that resonated, and articulate a clear market position. The goal was a cohesive identity that reflects Anthem’s credibility and depth, while remaining flexible enough to grow with the business.

Inspired by the meaning of an anthem — a unifying signal that brings people together — the brand draws from rhythm, sound, and movement as visual metaphors for momentum and alignment. The identity balances precision and warmth through strong geometric forms, minimal black-and-white imagery, and subtle motion that suggests flow, stability, and connection.

The result is a confident, grounded brand that feels human, purposeful, and built to endure.

Scope: Brand Strategy · Naming & Positioning · Brand Identity · Squarespace Website Support · Marketing Collateral

Another year, another Governance Report with our friends at Laurel Hill — and another chance to push design a little further.

This year’s highlights: a new serif font, photos behind text, bold pull-out numbers, simplified graphs, and a more colourful, high-contrast layout.

Sometimes a subtle refresh says a lot — it’s how you know your brand might be ready for something bigger.

Each year, we collaborate with Canadian Pacific Kansas City (CPKC) on their CDP report — a key part of their commitment to environmental transparency.

This year, we resized the document and updated the design to align with CPKC’s refreshed branding following the 2023 acquisition of Kansas City Southern.

The new layout features more imagery, simplified graphics, and refined alignment with their visual identity, making lots of data easier to read.

Design that helps data do its job.

A little throwback to 2020 when we partnered with the team at Gentle Lion on a brand project for photographer Britta Kokemor.

Gentle Lion led the brand language, while we brought the visual identity to life.

The final mark divides Kokemor to support pronunciation and plays with the negative space of the “O” to add a touch of whimsy. Its letterforms balance creativity and stability—capturing Britta’s collaborative spirit, professionalism, and integrity.

Brand Project 2023: Redwood Infrastructure

A brand rooted in strength, stability, and upward growth.

In partnership with Birch Hill Equity Partners, we helped build Redwood Infrastructure from the ground up—starting with a new name and identity that reflect the company’s core values: well-built, trusted, and connected.

The name “Redwood” draws inspiration from the world’s tallest and strongest tree species—symbolizing resilience, longevity, and the ability to grow tall while staying grounded.

The logo features a simple directional arrow above the “d,” representing upward movement and sustained growth.

A bold, balanced wordmark anchors the identity, striking a tone that is both strong and approachable.

The project included:
→ Naming + brand strategy
→ Logo + identity system
→ Full brand guide (typography + colour use)
→ Website + stationery package

A brand built to scale—just like the infrastructure they deliver.

Brand Reveal: OmniLyte
A never-before-released project—completed in 2022 and in partnership with Marrow Studio.

OmniLyte merges Electro-Chemical Activation (ECA) technology with expert support to deliver safe, non-toxic solutions across agriculture, healthcare, public water systems, and more. Marrow led brand facilitation and language development, working closely with the client to articulate their mission, values, and voice. From there, we created a bold identity system to support their growing presence across North America.

💧Logo concept: “Omni” means “all”—reflected in the combined letterforms and the fluid droplet, symbolizing energy transformation through electrolysis
🌿 Visuals convey natural power, safety, and sustainability
🧬 A full identity system: typography, colour palettes, layout styles, photography direction, and brand-safe templates
🧾 Stationery and digital tools ensure consistency across every touchpoint

Together, we crafted a brand rooted in care, innovation, and a safer tomorrow.

Created in collaboration with Marrow Studio and Roadmap Agency Inc.

Canadian Association of Agri-Retailers

In 2023, we partnered with the Canadian Association of Agri-Retailers (CAAR) to refresh their brand and better reflect their evolving role in the ag sector.

We started with strategy—reviewing previous work, conducting interviews with board members, and completing a competitive analysis. From there, we collaborated with the board to develop a new brand language before bringing it to life through a visual identity full of meaning.

A green gradient symbolizes transformation through advocacy and adaptability

United letterforms reflect a collective strength and trusted authority

“Agri-Retailers” stands bold in bright green—keeping focus on the audience that matters most

The platform is grounded and empowering, creating a stable foundation for future growth

This refreshed identity represents a unified, evolving voice for agri-retailers across Canada.

This project was delivered for Roadmap Agency Inc.

Creating reports since 2012.

We’ve worked with CPKC since they were Canadian Pacific Railway—first from the inside as part of the team, now as an external partner.

In 2024, we supported the creation of their CDP Response—a detailed, easy-to-navigate report designed with custom links that take you back to the table of contents, so you can quickly find the section you need.

We didn’t create the AUArts brand—but we did help bring it to life.

In 2019, we worked behind the scenes on a range of brand-aligned materials that helped make the new identity feel real and cohesive across every touchpoint:

Signage Program
View Book
Recruitment Ads
Popup Banners
Convocation Program
Alumni PPT
Student’s Association Brand Refresh

The launch of a new brand is just the beginning. Bringing it to life through thoughtful, consistent collateral is what makes it stick—and we loved being part of that process with AUArts.
