Brands with heart are the real winners.๐โค๏ธ
My current phone case was worse for wear and in need of a new splashy cover for my archaic iPhone 12. A friend suggested Pela, as local shops only offer the more current phone covers. Yes, I knowโฆ mineโs now a vintage model, but I still love it.
Shopping Pela online was easy-breezy, and offered lots of fun designs to choose from, plus designs are original and not AI created. One of the things that drew me in was how they give back with each purchase. Like any customer, I want to feel good about my purchase and the brands I choose.
A couple of wins from the get-go; simple to navigate online experience, easy purchase process, and up-to-date communication on my order.
You could say thatโs just good customer service, but how many times have you left something in the online shopping cart, because the process got wonky?
As my current case further frayed and weathered, Iโve been counting down the days for my new arrival. Much to my surprise, it was delivered a few days ahead of schedule. Yay.
Then it got even better.
Within the package there was a sweet note of thanks for my purchase and gratitude for helping support their mission to reduce waste and recycle. How lovely.
But thereโs more.
The envelope it was shipped in can be used to send my old case back to the Pela, free of charge l, and they will recycle it. How awesome is that!
No waste. No worries. Just heartfelt help to keep our planet happy and free of tech waste.
That my friends, is how you earn brand loyalty. Showing your true mission to help others, and in this case the planet, plus building a strong consumer experience.
