Voice Marketing Inc. is hiring. We need a Member Services Coordinator.

Voice Marketing Inc. provides administration, operations, marketing, and membership services under contract with the BC Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK). We are looking for an exceptional candidate to step into the role of Member Services Coordinator - BCAK.

The Member Services Coordinator (MSC) is responsible for developing productive and positive working relationships with members, committee chairs, board members, and the administrative staff of BCAK. The MSC also communicates with non-members (applicants), the public and other external stakeholders. The MSC is responsible for processing all incoming membership applications (all types) in an efficient and timely manner within the criteria set by the BCAK.

Overview of Position
• Application management – including determination of membership eligibility, review of applicants’ supplied documents with BCAK membership criteria, management of member accounts, coordination of exam writing, communication with applicants, and more.
• Member Services – including managing the member CMS; responding to phone calls, emails and in-person visits from members, applicants, and non-members; assist in development or analysis of programs and services that support members; provide advice to members on available member services and benefits.
• IT/Database/CMS/Cloud-based/Payment Systems Management – including participate in meetings on IT issues and enhancements, participate in testing fixes and enhancements, update and maintain website pages as required.
• Communications –
o communicate with the BC post secondary institutions for updates on membership requirements (e.g. core courses, elective course) and need for curriculum development/enhancement;
o liaise regularly with university program advisors and professors;
o attend and participate in regular staff meetings;
o annual planning meeting attendance;
o annual general meeting support and attendance;
o continuing education seminars (as host);
o committee meetings, board meetings; and other events;
o forward member feedback to the Administrator and the Executive Director in a timely manner;
o administer in-house surveys and contribute to member communications/newsletters.
• Ensure that work completed, and documents and information received, are managed with strict privacy and security protocols.

Note: The position, title, hours of work, responsibilities and/or reporting relationships may change as deemed appropriate from time to time, consistent with the MSC’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
