Downtown Cornwall is looking for a builder! 🛠️

The Artisan Village is taking shape, and we are currently seeking a qualified contractor to construct the official wooden gateway that will serve as the main entrance to the village.

Project Details:

• The Build: A custom wooden gateway structure - timber supplied by Aurra Wood & Co.
• Status: Ready to go! The design is 100% complete and has full engineering approval.
• Contractor Requirements: Must be fully licensed, insured, have current WSIB coverage, and possess experience with structural woodworking.

This is a fantastic opportunity to leave your mark on an exciting community project right here in Downtown Cornwall.

We're pleased to help spread the word as the Cornwall & Area Chamber of Commerce works to develop a new youth civic engagement initiative. This is a great opportunity for young people to share their ideas, help shape the project, and have their voices heard in our community.

The Cornwall and Area Chamber of Commerce is inviting local youth to take part in a virtual consultation for Our City, Your Vote, a new initiative focused on municipal election awareness, civic education and youth engagement.

This is an opportunity to bring forward your ideas, share your perspective and help guide the initiative’s content, activities and future engagement opportunities. Participants will also learn how they can become involved in its development and implementation.
