Another website project for a locally-owned business is complete!

Home SOULutions Remediation Ltd. provides mold removal, attic and crawlspace clean-outs, ventilation repairs, and insulation upgrades to North Island homes. They are a community-based, friendly, highly qualified, and an absolute pleasure to work with. They first came to us in 2018 looking for assistance with their Google Ads and this year decided to build a brand new website.

Together with the Home SOUL team, we built a brand new landing page-style website that streamlines the path to conversion and highlights their many differentiators. This new site rounds out their full digital marketing package and provides a simplified user experience for customers who are searching for their services!

Coldest Night of the Year is a winterrific family-friendly walk to raise money for local charities serving people experiencing hurt, hunger and homelessness. On February 26, our team at The Update Company will be walking in solidarity with thousands of Canadians across the country to support this cause.

The website features an improved content architecture and a simplified application process designed to attract new students both domestically and internationally while showcasing C**T as an industry leader.

The Update Company developed a new website for Strathcona Park Lodge (SPL) that communicates the SPL difference—their story and values set in place over 50 years ago.

The primary focus of the sites is on stewardship; described by SPL as “caring for our local environment, and inspiring others to care too.“

The secondary focus of the site was to increase cottage rental bookings by connecting with visitors who share SPL’s values and have a willingness to take part in SPL’s sustainable operations.

We integrated the check front booking system into the website, which allows for the sale of add-ons (like tours, delicious meals, boats, and relaxing in the sauna) and supports SPL's outdoor education program.

The Nanwakolas Council (five-member First Nations whose traditional territories are located in the Northern Vancouver Island and adjacent South Central Coast areas of British Columbia) came to us for a clean and modern, easy to navigate website that works for people of all ages and technical abilities.

Along with the new design, we implemented a powerful search system making it easy for people to find content in site pages and PDF documents that are most important.
