Brand Strategy answers who you are, what you do, who you are for, why people should care and how you will show them. By the way, most start-ups and small businesses avoid, ignore, or just don't know about it; therefore, their marketing lacks the clarity to influence/convert.

Brands that know their brand purpose are better positioned to serve their audience.

The reason why purpose driven brands have proven to be successful in growing their audience is because they understand why they exist beyond money and have been able to communicate this message across all their brand touchpoints in cohesive ways.

It's in human nature to find relate-ability because it's a way for us to build trust and thousands of years ago our survival depended on it.
