I recently spoke with a business owner who was struggling to gain traction. Their only strategy? Social media. When I asked if they were networking, the answer was a flat "no."

I recently surprised a new business owner with one simple piece of advice.

They were struggling to get their products in front of the right people, and sales just weren't clicking. When I asked about their strategy, they gave the answer everyone gives: "I’m posting on social media."
