ACCOUNT MANAGER
INTEGRITY BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT INC. (Integrity BDI) builds meaningful sales pipelines that have a direct impact on our client's businesses. ACCOUNT MANAGER:
We are looking for a team member who is proactive and passionate about sales and marketing, and the clients they serve. Account managers will act as a point of contact for their clients.
To succeed in this position, candidates should have exceptional communication, computer, and problem-solving skills. You should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES, INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
• Managing a portfolio of clients (accounts) and fostering a positive relationship with our clients
• Outbound lead generation for assigned accounts
• Inbound lead generation for assigned accounts
• Communicating with the client on the progress of their campaign
• Collaborating with our internal team
• Collecting and maintaining data in the CRM for each account
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience as an Account Executive, Account Manager, or similar sales / customer service role
• BSc or BA in business administration, sales or marketing is an asset, but not a requirement
CORE COMPETENCIES:
• Impeccable phone skills
• Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., HubSpot and Salesforce) is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills
• Ability to deal with situations, people, and problems ethically, with honesty and integrity
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
• Multitasking
• Entrepreneurial work ethic

• Strategic thinking
• Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
