Visitors from all over the world utilize Leb411 on a daily basis as an information resource on residents, businesses, entertainment, education, religion, immigration, towns and much more. In 2007, Leb411 established its first annual print directory to be the only extensive online & print directory in Western Canada reaching Lebanese homes.

سر الأرقام باللبناني...😅😅😅😅😅😅

بعض الأرقام في اللهجة اللبنانية لها استخدامات مختلفة جداً.. وهي 60 و 100 و 10 و 1000 و 7 و 2.. على سبيل المثال:

-الرقم (60):
يستخدم فقط وحصرياً في الشتائم والتوبيخ دوناً عن باقي الأرقام.
مثلاً: (ابن ال60 صرماية).. (ابن 60 كلب).. ما بيقولوا مثلاً ابن 50 كلب.. ولا ابن 70 كلب.. حصراً 60 كلب فقط لا غير.

ويستخدم الرقم (60) أيضا لوصف اسوأ مكان أو وجهة.
مثلاً: (انقلع حدّك 60 جهنم).. أو (تروح في 60 داهية).. 40 أو 70 ما بيمشي الحال.🤣

-أما الرقم (100) فيستخدم للتسليمات.
مثلاً: (يا 100 أهلا وسهلا).. مامنقول يا 50 أهلا وسهلا.. لأ..
(100 السلامة).. (100 وردة بهالطلة)..🤗

وأحياناً يستخدم رقم (100) للمبالغة:
(100 مرة قلنالك لا تعمل هيك).. هو بكون قايلك مرة ونص أو مرتين..
(100 مرة ناديتلك).. هي بتكون 3 مرات أيضاً..😀

-وأما الرقم (10) فيستخدم لوصف جودة الأشياء أو الأفعال.
(الشغل 10 على 10).. تأتي بمعنى toll..
أو (فتح عيونك 10 على 10) يعني انتبه..😳

-الرقم (1000) يستخدم تحديداً في التهنئة.
(1000 مبروك).. 100 مبروك ما بيمشي الحال.. حصراً 1000..
(1000) الحمدلله عالسلامة..🙏

أما الرقم (7) في الوصف فهو ظاهرة غريبة جداً.. ويفيد الحيرة الشديدة أو البحث المتواصل والمتعب عن شيء أو شخص ما. مثلاً:
(دخت ال7 دوخات لحد ما لقيت فلان أو هالغرض الخ...).

كما يستخدم الرقم (7) للتعبير عن النوم العميق..
(ما رح يرد عليك.. شكلو ب "سابع" نومة)..🙄
انتبه.. لو ب "سادس" نومة كان قام عادي ورد.. بس هاي السابع نومة!

أخيراً الرقم (٢):
وهو يعبر عن أطول مدة زمنية في الكون.. وهي (الساعتين).
(صرلو ساعتين بنفس القصة) هي بتكون ٥ دقايق.. بس الله بيطرح فيهن البركة..😁
(صرلي ساعتين ناطرك).. (صرلي ساعتين عم فهمك هالشغلة)..
(هلكت صرلي ساعتين واقف ع رجليي)..

We were lucky enough to try Jay Bee's Diner incredible pizzas during our creative meetings 🤤. We've loved working with their team on projects such as redesigning their menu and setting up their online ordering system! It's such a joy to work with local, family-owned small businesses in our community and beyond. We miss our sit down meetings with their team and staff, but we look forward to our next visit to their north Edmonton location in the (hopefully!) near future!
