Twenty. Five. Years. 😮
Wow. Like, how did that happen? I'm honestly not sure where the time went! When I started this business back in 2001, I had no idea where it would lead. I just knew I loved being creative and wanted to raise my new baby at home and still earn an income.
Over the last 25 years, I've had the privilege of working with so many incredible people. I've helped celebrate graduations, weddings, family reunions, tournaments, fundraisers, new businesses, anniversaries, retirements, and so many community events. It's pretty amazing to think that a little piece of Ped's Threads has become part of so many memories. I am super proud to see our work in the community.
I have been able to grow in my skills and abilities and offer our communities more products and services as soon as I can. I love learning!
This past year certainly wasn't one I ever saw coming. Losing our home to the Wolf Fire followed by having to redesign how I run my grown company solo after our retail lease ended abruptly has tested me in ways I never imagined. But because of this community, Ped's Threads is still here, and for that I'll always be grateful.
To every customer who's trusted me with your ideas, worn something I've made, recommended Ped's Threads to a friend, or simply cheered me on over the years... thank you very much, I appreciate you. It's how supporting a small town business let's you be part of my success as well.
