What an energizing few days at the 2026 Oil Sands Expo!

We loved connecting with so many new faces, catching up with familiar ones and talking all things business, industry and communications at the Wood Buffalo Media Group booth. Thank you to everyone who stopped by to connect.

Wood Buffalo Media Group is looking for a Manager, Agency Services to lead the day-to-day operations of our external marketing services business.

This role is the bridge between business development and project delivery. You'll manage client relationships, oversee proposals, coordinate production, and make sure every project hits on time, on budget, and at the standard our clients expect.

What you'll need:

→ Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
→ 5+ years in agency ops, account management, or project management.
→ Experience building scopes, budgets, proposals, and managing vendor relationships.
→ Strong understanding of marketing services across digital, design, content, video, and media.

This is a permanent, full-time role based here in Fort McMurray with Wood Buffalo Media Group.

Wood Buffalo Media Group is hiring an Account Manager to join our agency and lead the delivery of marketing initiatives across multiple client accounts.

This is the role for someone who loves being the connector: between clients and creative teams, between strategy and ex*****on, between an idea on a whiteboard and a finished deliverable that actually performs.

What you'll need:

→ Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
→ 2+ years in account management or marketing coordination. (agency environment preferred)
→ Strong understanding of social media strategy, content marketing, and digital advertising.
→ Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, project management tools, and analytics.
→ Ability to juggle multiple accounts without dropping the ball.

You'll manage client relationships, coordinate production across our design, video, and web teams, run social media strategies, and keep every project on track and on brand.

This is a permanent, full-time role based in Fort McMurray with Wood Buffalo Media Group.
