You may already know by now...this kinda news travels kinda fast....but for those who don't know...Take 5 will close March 31st. Unfortunately the one thing we cant compete against is convenience. We had a good 5.5 year run which is alot more than some would have given us in a quickly changing world. It has been alot of fun for the most part. Very glad I took on the challange, met some great like minded people and got to share some great Movies ...wouldn't have changed it for anything...now on to something different...
THANK YOU for your support...... couldn't have done it without you. It really has been a slice.

Willow here, just finished watching Fright Night. Great movie! Scared the pants off me, but it was quite funny in some bits. Wonderful vampire movie. And Colin Farrell, of course, was gorgeous (:

The Help!!! very good movie.. Hangover II , Cowboys & Aliens, The Debt, Life above all, and Project Nim an excellent documentary that will both warm and break your heart .a good line up this week. Of course there are your Christmas favorites available. Lots to choose from. Open over the holidays everyday except December 25th...

Well look at this...2 weeks in a row..New releases Tues Nov 15..Flypaper and Larry Crowne, with Tom Hanks and Julia Roberts. I think they should have made November comedy month... it seems most of the new releases out of Hollywood are comedies right now...well we could all use a good laugh in spite of all the other not so funny stuff going on in the world these days... so if for no other reason come in for a laugh..

WQhy does it always seem like I've missed weeks out of my life??? Thought I just updated last week..... still haven't made facebook a regular part of my life...
Last week we had Water for Elephants.....very enjoyable , a great indie film called "A Better Life" and Crazy Stupid Love 3 good movies in one week awsome... This week we have (i thought) quite hilarious " Change-Up" with Ryan Reynolds & Jason Bateman and a couple of kids Christmas movies...yes it is almost that time....

Hope you read the story on the front page of the LOCAL last week...Local Bookstore takes on Amazon!! this is the story of all book stores, independent and chain as well as Video stores and alot of other small businesses. It is very easy to think all is well but in fact it is not. simple fact ....Use it or Loose it !! Local business supports local business!!!
