A few years ago, I used to run Business Bash from Canada. Every day, I met small Bangladeshi entrepreneurs who were eager to learn, curious about digital growth, and determined to build something of their own. Many were just starting, some were stuck, and all they needed was a little clarity. I loved helping them—teaching how to design a page, how to run boosting properly, how to tell their brand story. Watching them grow felt like a personal win.
Eventually, life got busier. Work responsibilities increased, and I had to step away from Business Bash. Still, even while working full-time, a part of me remained with those small entrepreneurs. Their dreams, doubts, and messages never really left my mind.
Over time, I noticed something quite concerning—many businesses in Bangladesh still rely almost entirely on digital marketers. They have no idea where their money goes, how their audience is built, who actually owns their data, or what strategy is being used. The business owner slowly loses control, becoming a spectator in their own business.
This never felt right to me.
Because long-term success cannot be built on dependency.
It requires ownership.
You need to know your audience, data, brand voice, and how your ad money is being used.
And that’s why… I’m back.
This time with a bigger vision.
Introducing: Bondhive.

কয়েক বছর আগে, কানাডা থেকেই আমি Business Bash চালাতাম। তখন দিনের পর দিন আমি দেখতাম—বাংলাদেশের অসংখ্য ছোট উদ্যোক্তা শুধু একটু পথ দেখানোর অপেক্ষায় আছে। কেউ নতুন করে শুরু করছে, কেউ মাঝপথে থেমে গেছে; তাদের সবার প্রশ্ন, সবার ভয়, সবার স্বপ্ন আমার inbox-এ এসে জমত। আমি পাশে থাকতাম—কখনো শেখাতাম কীভাবে পেজ সাজাতে হয়, কখনো বুঝিয়ে দিতাম কীভাবে boosting করতে হয়, কীভাবে পণ্যের গল্প বলতে হয়। তাদের অগ্রগতি দেখলে মনে হতো যেন নিজেরই কিছু বড় অর্জন হলো।
তারপর সময় বদলালো। কাজের চাপ বেড়ে গেল, দায়িত্ব বড় হলো। ধীরে ধীরে Business Bash বন্ধ করে দিতে হলো। কিন্তু মনের ভেতর কোথাও একটা জায়গা ফাঁকা থেকে গেল—যেখানে আজও সেইসব নতুন উদ্যোক্তাদের স্বপ্ন ঘুরে বেড়ায়।
এই সময়ের মধ্যে একটা জিনিস খুব স্পষ্ট হয়ে উঠেছে—বাংলাদেশের অনেক ব্যবসা এখনও পুরোটা নির্ভর করে থাকে digital marketer-দের ওপর। তারা ঠিক কী করছে, কোথায় টাকা খরচ হচ্ছে, কাকে target করা হচ্ছে, business data কার হাতে যাচ্ছে—এসব বিষয়ে মালিকের নিজেরই কোনো ধারণা থাকে না। ব্যবসা ধীরে ধীরে অন্যের নিয়ন্ত্রণে চলে যায়, আর মালিক হয়ে যান অতিথি।
আমি বিষয়টা কখনোই স্বাভাবিকভাবে নিতে পারিনি।
কারণ—
অন্যের ওপর পুরো নির্ভরতা কখনো দীর্ঘমেয়াদী সাফল্য দেয় না।
নিজের business-এর audience, data, brand voice—সবকিছুর চাবি থাকতে হবে নিজের হাতেই।
আর এই জায়গা থেকেই আমার ফিরে আসা।
এইবার নতুন নামে—Bondhive।
Bondhive—
নামের ভেতরেই আছে আমাদের উদ্দেশ্য।
Bond মানে সম্পর্ক; Hive মানে community।
আমি চাই উদ্যোক্তাদের মধ্যে একটি বাস্তব, সচেতন, শেখার পরিবেশ তৈরি হোক—যেখানে সবাই একে অন্যকে সহায়তা করবে, আর নিজের business-এর driver seat-এ বসবে।
Bondhive আর শুধু boosting বা ads চালানোর জায়গা নয়।
এটা হলো—
✅ Brand গড়ে তোলার জায়গা
✅ Audience build করার জায়গা
✅ Data নিজের হাতে রাখার ক্ষমতা
✅ Boosting / Ads বুঝে সিদ্ধান্ত নেয়ার দক্ষতা
✅ Sustainable growth তৈরি করার পথ
আমি ফিরে এসেছি কারণ আমি বিশ্বাস করি—
বাংলাদেশের উদ্যোক্তাদের শেখার শক্তি আছে।
শুধু সঠিক দিকনির্দেশনা চাই।
যারা আগেও সাথে ছিলেন, তাদের প্রতি কৃতজ্ঞতা।
আর যারা নতুন—স্বাগতম।
