One of my favourite parts of being a photographer is getting the inside scoop from past wedding couples when their next chapter begins. These two are extra special to me I manifested this one HARD, and we actually dreamed up this baby announcement two years ago when they first booked their wedding.

And naturally, we couldnโ€™t just announce a babyโ€ฆ we had to make it a full blown editorial. A jaw dropping 1937 Jaguar, timeless luxury, old Hollywood energy and a little bit of chaos because apparently this session had no intention of staying subtle.

We started with that soft coastal glow before the skies shifted and a storm began rolling in, bringing dramatic clouds, moody skies, and big waves crashing against the shoreline. The result? An engagement session that felt romantic, wild, and just a little dangerousโ€ฆ which honestly might be the perfect combination. โšก๏ธ๐Ÿค

Thereโ€™s something so beautiful about standing on the edge of the water while the weather changes around you coastal air, windswept moments, and Lake Huron showing off its wilder side. ๐ŸŒŠ๐ŸŒช๏ธ

We kicked off the evening at none other than ๐“๐ก๐ž ๐Š๐จ๐ฎ๐ณ๐ณ๐ข๐ง๐š | ๐˜”๐˜ฆ๐˜ฅ๐˜ช๐˜ต๐˜ฆ๐˜ณ๐˜ณ๐˜ข๐˜ฏ๐˜ฆ๐˜ข๐˜ฏ ๐˜™๐˜ฆ๐˜ด๐˜ต๐˜ข๐˜ถ๐˜ณ๐˜ข๐˜ฏ๐˜ต , one of Sudburyโ€™s hottest local gems. Between handcrafted summer cocktails poured by their incredible bartenders, endless laughter shared at the bar, and sneaking away to our favourite cozy corner beneath a timeless vintage photograph of Sudbury, these two made the simplest moments feel effortlessly romantic. Of course, no visit would be complete without sharing a pizza together the perfect finishing touch to a date night that felt authentically them.

Itโ€™s always so special when couples choose a location thatโ€™s woven into their own story. Those familiar places have a way of bringing out genuine connection, making every photograph feel even more meaningful.
