Forever cheering you on 👏🏻

While I love being a virtual assistant and social media manager, I wouldn’t want to work with just anybody.

Choosing the integrate my precious healthcare experience, my passion for trauma healing & the highly sensitive community, and my love for design, marketing, and detail-oriented work, has allowed me to connect with some of the most incredible clients.

Supporting those who have committed their career to educating others, breaking cycles, decreasing stigmas, and holding compassionate spaces… has been the greatest gift.

And nothing lights me up more when I get to see clients expanding their businesses, reaching more people, and using their platforms to invite important conversations. 🙌🏻

It’s actually… good news! 👏🏻

There seems to be never-ending Instagram updates these days, but thankfully some are pretty helpful.

Especially if you’re a therapist or coach with a smaller account who is trying to increase brand awareness (and perhaps doesn’t have a super engaged following yet).

Be sure to include keywords in your captions, reels, and perhaps at the bottom of your captions too as a separate list (this is helpful in case you didn’t include enough in your caption).

These new changes will be rolled out slowly so it may take a bit before we see this in full action, but - I’m hoping it will prove to be super beneficial for you! 🙌🏻

Understanding what kind of buyer your ideal client is, is SO helpful and important when it comes to creating content.

And while most people will be a combination of a few buyer types, the majority will gravitate towards one type.

For example, I have a client that works with highly sensitive people. This target audience is the amiable buyer type, so creating content that evokes emotion, connection, empathy, validation, and warmth is key. 🙌🏻

Are you attracting or missing out on aligned clients? 👇🏻

Your digital first impression is crucial for the success of your business.

You may have a great course, program, or 1:1 services, but if your online presence isn’t evoking the right emotions in your audience…

they will not stay to hear what you’re offering.

And with all the time and energy you’ve put into your business, this is 100% NOT the vibe! 🙅🏼‍♀️

Are you aware of the social media content marketing funnel? ⏳

Perhaps you’re familiar with funnels to your services, including freebies, your email list, etc.

But social media marketing funnels are JUST as important!

Focusing too much on one area of the funnel, like brand awareness (ex: relatable reels and no posts providing education or value) will cause your audience to become “stuck”, and either unfollow you or not convert.

Alternatively, if you are just focusing on converting, your audience (including people that have already converted) are going to get really tired of this content and possibly unfollow as well.

That’s why being intentional about moving your audience through this funnel AND knowing your audience inside and out, is so key to your overall social media strategy. 🔑

Hear me out 👇🏻

There are endless things to focus on when it comes to social media marketing.

But if you don’t have the proper foundation for your marketing, none of those other things will matter!

That’s why I like to come back to the basics:

Branding makes magic ✨

In addition to offering admin/system support and social media management services, I also get SO excited about helping you develop your brand!

Building a strong brand isn't just about pretty colours (although the colours you choose are indeed important).

Your brand should:

➡️ Craft an identity that resonates with your audience, and that leaves a lasting impression.

➡️ Be your promise to your clients, a reflection of your values and unique personality.

➡️ Combine elements like visual style, tone, and messaging – all of which play a role in building trust and recognition.

As a therapist or coach, a well-crafted brand is a need to have (not a nice to have) if you want to attract aligned clients and properly market and sell your offers/services. 🌿
