East 45th and Maple or as we affectionately call it E45M (mostly because it's quicker and easier to type) is an Architectural Design firm in Hamilton, Ontario providing various design and urban planning services with a focus on delivering simple sustainable options to incorporate into the project. We provide permit drawings for home renovations, custom homes and small buildings as well as other projects like decks and sheds. We offer 3D rendering services for all our projects to suit your budget. We offer project management services and can provide research and recommendations into what can be done on your property. We also offer a series of graphic design services for personal, private or public needs. These include, business cards and branding materials, wedding, shower, or birthday invitations, promotional posters and even a graphic upgrade to the old CV. We don't have a sustainability service because we believe in incorporating sustainability into all of our services, from material selection, travel methods, day lighting, recycling and the people we work with. However, we would love to consult on your other projects that are looking to be more sustainable.
