Would we stop scrolling?
Is the message clear?
Does it sound like the brand?
Is there a reason someone should care?

Our team is still thinking about the Youth Match Event with Refuge Hamilton this past Friday!

We had such a great time connecting with people, having conversations, and getting to meet so many amazing young people in our community.

What stood out to us most was just how important it is to create spaces where young people can make real connections and find the relationships, opportunities, services, and support that are there for them.

We’re grateful we got to be part of it. 🫶🏾 Thank you so much for having us!

The truth? Posting more isn’t going to fix a strategy that isn’t working.

Maria here 👋🏾 Building Kairi has taught me a lot that no course, certification or strategy deck could have prepared me for.

I’ve learned that growth doesn’t mean saying yes to everything. That the right team can make the work better, not just bigger. And that the strategy you give your clients deserves to be applied to your own business, too.

There’s been a lot of learning, adjusting and figuring it out along the way. And honestly, I wouldn’t change that part of the journey.

At Kairi, our team works together to do both.

A strategist is focused on growth: the bigger picture, the audience, the direction, and what social needs to achieve.

A manager is focused on consistency: keeping the content moving, the brand active, and the strategy in action.
