Gavin McKenna’s Charges Droppd 🙅

Looks like Gavin McKenna won this one. Prosecutors are dropping the felony aggravated assault charge, basically deciding that sticking up for your mom doesn’t make you a criminal. Lesson learned: don’t mess with a hockey player’s family.

It’s not a full win or complete dismissal of the case. McKenna still faces a misdemeanor simple assault charge, plus summary offenses for harassment and disorderly conduct.
