🚨 𝗧𝗘𝗟𝗨𝗦 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗮 𝗖𝘆𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁
TELUS confirmed it is investigating unauthorized access to internal systems. While services remain operational, incidents like this are a reminder that:
✅ Attacks often target trusted service providers
✅ Breaches don’t always cause immediate outages
✅ Your risk extends beyond your own network
What to do now:
If TELUS (or any major vendor) supports part of your business, review notifications, change passwords, and ensure multi factor authentication (MFA) is enabled. Even if you’re not affected, this is a great time to review who has access to your data — and why.

Microsoft’s latest Patch Tuesday fixed 80+ vulnerabilities across Windows and Microsoft 365.
While none are publicly exploited yet, history shows that delayed updates are one of the most common entry points for attackers — especially for small and mid sized businesses.
What to do now:
✔️ Confirm updates are installed
✔️ Make sure required reboots actually happened
✔️ Prioritize devices used by leadership, finance, and anyone handling sensitive data
