When it comes to Type 2 Diabetes, high levels are usually the main culprit which means anything that helps keep blood sugar under control should help prevent the disease. ✊

👉 Studies have shown that intermittent fasting does help reduce blood sugar levels. A study done on humans that actively participated in intermittent fasting, who were also prediabetic saw a reduction in their fasted blood sugar levels by 3-6% over a 8-12 week period 🤯 (Kris, 2021).

“👋 Good morning folks! The following opinion may ruffle some feathers 😐 but if so, please read these posts through to the end.

The fortunate yet unfortunate fact about our industry 👉 You can pursue a 24 hour, weekend as a and essentially wind up at the same job orientation as the individual who recently completed a much more intensive educational track. 🤷‍♂️

I say fortunate yet unfortunate for multiple reasons. , because initially I was a weekend warrior 🙋🏼‍♂️ and without Canadian Fitness Professionals Inc. (canfitpro) over a decade ago, who knows where I’d be today. because a gives everybody a fighting chance to “make it” in what I think is the best career in the world. ✊
