"A significant increase in MRR within just 3 months"

Nothing speaks louder than a satisfied client. 📣 🎉

We're thrilled to share this client testimonial from Zonbase COO Vijay Devnani:

"The Admisfits team was instrumental in harnessing our data to unlock key insights, enabling us to efficiently scale our paid campaigns resulting in a significant increase in MRR within just three months."

Here's how we achieved this success:

1. Data Analysis:

We used tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, and HubSpot to identify high-performing segments and underutilized opportunities.

2. Targeted Campaigns:

Leveraged lookalike audiences on Facebook and LinkedIn, and refined ad creatives by customizing messages and visuals to resonate with specific customer pain points and interests.

3. Continuous Optimization:

Implemented A/B testing on headlines, images, and CTAs, and tracked KPIs such as click-through rate (CTR), cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS) to iteratively optimize ad spend, focusing on high-ROI channels.

Actionable Insights for Your Business:

- Leverage Your Data:

Use advanced tools like Google Analytics and Tableau to gain deeper insights into customer behavior and trends.

- Focus on Targeting:

Utilize lookalike audiences and tailor ad creatives by customizing messages and visuals based on customer pain points and interests.

- Optimize Continuously:

Apply A/B testing on various ad elements and track KPIs like CTR, CPA, and ROAS to maximize returns.

Implementing these strategies will significantly boost your growth and efficiency.

How Underdogs Win: Hidden Strategies of Unexpected Entrepreneurs

We're captivated by the success stories of giants like Mark Zuckerberg, Jeff Bezos, and Elon Musk.

But what about the everyday entrepreneurs—the underdogs who start with nothing and still manage to succeed?

As someone who has always been inspired by these underdog stories, here are the most common themes I've seen across the board:

1. Compelling Goals:

Underdog entrepreneurs have powerful, irresistible goals that drive their behavior. This leads to better problem-solving abilities.

Setting clear, compelling goals has been a game-changer in my own career.

2. Seeing Problems as Opportunities:

They view problems as opportunities by solving them for others.

This keeps them engaged and motivated.

3. Action-Oriented:

Rather than extensive planning, they prefer trial and error. Small bets reduce the cost of failure and increases the likelihood of success.

I've seen how this mindset has allowed me to take more calculated risks and learn faster.

4. Self-Directed Learning:

They learn through unconventional means—videos, online courses, and peer groups.

5. Resilience:

Their success often stems from persistence. They interpret setbacks as temporary and fixable.

I know this one has been crucial in overcoming my own setbacks and emerging stronger.

The beauty is, these principles aren't just for entrepreneurs.

I've seen how embodying these mindsets can transform student engagement, organizational culture, and help displaced workers reinvent themselves.

Feel free to share your thoughts and experiences on embracing the entrepreneurial mindset!

Leaders fall into 2 categories. 💎

1. Those that use fear as a weapon to drive productivity. ⚔️

2. Those that use encouragement, optimism and love. 💪

What type of leader are you?

In my opinion, if you're a manager using fear, scaring people into getting stuff done is a lazy move.

If you're a leader of anybody, even one person, use optimism, practicality, and love to try to achieve the mission at hand. Please.

Enough selling and weaponizing fear. Enough using negative pressure to produce an outcome.

Flip that mindset. It's a win for both of you.

Think motivation's important to success?

Wrong.

Motivation will always fail you, no matter how much of it you have.

Why?

Motivation is a feeling. An emotion.

That works great when you want to do something.

But what about when you don't?

You think navy seals in training jump into freezing water at 3am in the morning because they're motivated to do it?

No. There's zero motivation. No human feels like they want to do that.

You think founders want to put in 18 hour days, 7 days a week?

Heck no.

So why do they do it?

Discipline.

Discipline isn't a mere feeling. It's doing something in spite of feelings.

Never ever rely on motivation to get you to the finish line of whatever success journey you're on.

Because the road to success is always filled with things you don't want to do.

And in those moments, motivation will fail you every time.

People's motivation is defeated by alarm clocks.

Defeated by fast food burgers.

Defeated by tiktoks.

Discipline, however, is stronger than feelings.

Discipline overpowers emotion.

Discipline gets the job done, no matter what.

Discipline will set you free.

2 things I've learned in my 20's. 👇

1. Building a business and being fit is more important than dating.

2. Your job isn't safe. Only low IQ people think "company man" is still a thing.

Universities are like Titanics trying to avoid the iceberg. 🚢

It's unsurprising really.

The bigger an organization gets, the less agile it becomes.

The slower it is to pivot.

I'm not saying this was always the case, but academia is failing to keep up with the changing job market.

And it's failing fast.

With few exceptions, degrees have always produced machines - a robotized labour force trained to join the assembly line of our cookie-cutter job positions.

Problem is, AI is starting to do those jobs better.

This means you need to focus on:

1. Developing unique skills - in a world where technical skill is losing relevance, personal skills like creativity, emotional intellect, and adaptability will be the new corporate currency.

2. Seeking Interdisciplinary Opportunities - focus on broader perspectives and acquiring skills relevant across multiple fields.

3. Pursuing roles that leverage AI, instead of replicating what it can already do.

A rising tide raises all boats...

except those anchored to the bottom.

As a younger man, I always felt like I was just bouncing from one day to the next, not knowing what the future would hold.

It wasn't until I hit a certain age that I realized...I needed to start investing in myself if I wanted to get ahead.

So, I started reading books on personal development, finding life mentors, taking entrepreneurial courses, and attending technical seminars.

I'd be lying if I said it was easy, but it's made a huge difference in my life.

The biggest lesson I learned?

Do it early. Do it now.

Don't wait until you're older to start investing in yourself.

Asking questions got me here. 👇

12+ months ago, I wrote my first post.

Did I know what to write about?

Nope.

Did I know what I'd gain from writing on LinkedIn?

Absolutely not.

Have I made mistakes along the way?

Countless.

I didn't have a formal education in marketing.

But I took the practical approach seriously.

When you don't know, you ask.

And I asked many questions - until it was annoying.

Now?

- My clients come to me.

- I've made connections that catapulted my business.

- I've influenced tens of thousands of people.

Because in the end, remember:

"In theory, theory and practice are the same. In practice, they are not."
