I feel so privileged and humbled to be invited back year after year to capture this event. It’s one of the best environments I have been a part of. The TRUE spirit of powerlifting can be found here, where someone can get their first total and not know they’re surrounded by elite lifters because of how humble they are. The small community hall is packed with family and friends…. So proud to see the white lights, the screams and cheering of everyone around them.
I hope this meet continues year after year.

You know what they say, third time’s the charm. I’ll be lighting this event and shooting it all to pieces this April. Get a photo package, they’re on sale right now! 100 out of 100 scientists agree, getting a photo pack bumps your total and adds 16 inches to your biceps. That’s a fact.
On a serious note, this meet is such a special event. It’s a local meet, the atmosphere is so much fun and the energy is unreal. Thanks for having me back every year!

This year TKI Construction deepened their collaboration with me to help elevate their content and brand. It’s immediately become rewarding to me, as we’ve been able to collaborate and tell the stories in our community that really mean something. Brand videos are meant to be stories.
I recently produced a beautiful brand video for Cosentino and their collaborative partner Colonial Countertops here in Kelowna. President Jesse Kliman flew in from Victoria, and we filmed his story, highlighting one of his businesses here in Kelowna. Throughout our project, the topic of legacy, hard work, and ambition shone through the interview.
This project is part of a global marketing campaign launched by Cosentino, and I am extremely proud to have contributed as director of photography and producing this piece for them.

Here’s another beautiful wedding I shot a few summers ago. Two big families came together to celebrate Jae and Sina getting married. It was a unique and beautiful setting… a family estate along west Kelowna, surrounded by beautiful gardens and scenic views lakeside. We spent the day together and camped out under the stars.
