Here is our updated list of where you can find the paper. We have been working hard to get this paper out to all communities during the post office strike and have had some amazing help with local youths carriers. We are still looking for paper carriers so please don't hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected] if you know of youths wanting work. Thank you North Grenville for your amazing help.

Good afternoon, North Grenville!

Looks like a warm weekend is coming up. There’s a slight chance of rain, but hey, it’s good for the garden! Here’s what’s happening around the community this weekend. As always, if you have anything to add, please post below.

June 1-2, Chesterville, Ontario

Southgate Yard Sale
June 1, 8:00 am - 12:30 pm
Featuring a massive plant and bake sale. The play structure and café will be open. Delicious baked goods, breakfast sandwiches, and brisket will be available for purchase.

Saint Paul’s Presbyterian Church Yard Sale, Spring Market, and BBQ
June 1, starting at 8:00 am
Explore a variety of items and enjoy a BBQ starting at 11:00 am.

First Stop’s 30th Anniversary Celebration
June 1, starting at 12:00 pm
Congratulations to Neill and his team! The celebration includes a BBQ, cake, and draws for Stihl chainsaws. Don’t miss the mini excavator demos—try your hand at operating one!

NG Pride Parade and Afterparty
June 2, starting at 10:30 am
Kick off Pride Month with a vibrant parade. Join the afterparty at Riverside Park for activities like balloon artists, rainbow Jenga, and a trivia contest.

Buskerfest: 10 AM - 5 PM, Downtown Kemptville. Buskerfest is back! Enjoy street performers, food, music, and lots of fun! Check out the insert in the May 16 edition of the North Grenville Times to see the schedule of performers and events.

Bishop Mills Community Day: 9 AM - 1 PM. Join them for garage sales, a bake sale, a silent auction, and more!

This amazing handmade quilt was designed by our fair exhibitors. The quilt was created from last year's exhibitor's quilt blocks. The theme was 'SUNFLOWERS'!

With tickets selling for just $2 for 1 ticket, or $5 for 3 tickets, how can you pass on this opportunity?! All proceeds will be going towards the replacement of our Exhibit Building Roof! Which is in desperate need of replacement!

You can purchase your tickets from any of our Spencerville Fair, Directors.
