Welcome to Casey’s Cakes; a fictional, mid-range priced bakery located in Elora, Ontario. Their name may say “Casey’s Cakes“ but that’s certainly not a limit for them! They design and create a range of baked treats such as: cakes, cupcakes, cookies, tarts, donuts, and more!
Casey’s Cakes consists of a growing team of professional and novice bakers with an eye for detail. Every team member has individual talents that help them to serve as many options as possible. They make each and every specialty cake and treat unique with the utmost care. They ensure that every customer is thrilled with their creations and their desserts are available to all. That means they are happy to accommodate various dietary restrictions at your request.
They offer various in-store and personal options such as: catering for any event and a range of goodies available on display in store. They also offer specialty and custom options for pick up or delivery.
Their goal was to build an elegant brand identity that suited their business feel and goals. They wanted something chic and ornate yet simple that would appeal to everyone, young to old. Their target audience is mainly female, popular for their wedding cakes and fancy and fun treats for catered events. they decided on a delicate cupcake logo with a cherry on top shaped like a C to represent Casey. The main font, Alegreya Sans SC, is an elegant sans serif with a slight stroke weight curve, mimicking the look of a mock serif font. The display font, Charline, is a pretty and flowy script font used only for titles with a custom C.
