Most websites are built to launch, but not always to support what happens next.

As content expands over time, structure starts to break down, navigation becomes harder to manage, and what worked at launch gradually becomes harder to maintain.

As search behaviour continues to shift with AI, users increasingly expect faster and more direct access to information, which puts more pressure on how websites are structured and exposes weak foundations more quickly.

Future in ABA needed a platform that could support both conversion and long-term content growth without creating friction as the site evolved.

We designed and built a WordPress website structured to guide users clearly while allowing content to expand without compromising usability.

Navigation, page layouts, and content flow were intentionally planned to support both immediate use and future scalability.

The result is a website that converts today while continuing to maintain its structure as it grows.

Samson isn’t part of the team, but he’s become a familiar part of Ashley’s workday.

At nine years old, this Great Pyrenees has settled into a routine that mostly consists of yard patrol and long stretches of doing very little at all, usually on his own schedule.

He’s calm, pensive, and slightly aloof, often followed by a sigh or side eye that suggests he’s not especially impressed with how the day is unfolding.

Calls don’t concern him, deadlines don’t either, and work tends to happen around him rather than with him.

Remote work isn’t only about where you work. It’s also about who ends up sharing the space with you.

Five years in, and Holly continues to expand both what she brings to the work and the impact she has across the team.

As our Senior Graphic Designer, she combines strong design instincts with a calm, steady approach that carries through every project and helps shape how ideas move from concept through to ex*****on.

What started in graphic and web design has continued to evolve into a broader role, with growing depth in strategy and conversion-focused thinking. That ability to connect creative thinking with business outcomes strengthens both the process and the final work.

She approaches each challenge with curiosity and consistency, always looking for ways to push the work further while maintaining clarity and focus.

That balance of creativity and logic continues to raise the quality of what we deliver and strengthens the team around her.

Five years of growth, reliability, and thoughtful contribution have helped shape where we are today.

We’re very lucky to have her on the team.

As teams produce more content, it becomes harder to maintain consistency across your brand without a system in place. Over time, things start to feel inconsistent, design decisions get repeated, and alignment begins to slip.

Templates help solve that by putting structure in place from the start, with hierarchy, layout, and spacing already defined so content can adapt without breaking the system. This makes it easier for teams to move faster, spend less time on revisions, and keep your brand consistent across every channel.

That’s what makes it possible to scale communication without losing clarity.

Hank isn’t technically on the team, but he’s always part of the day.

Also known as Pickles, he belongs to Jennifer and has settled into a routine that keeps him close to the action. He listens in on calls, circles the chair when it’s time to step away, and claims the pillow the moment it’s free.

He may be blind, but that doesn’t slow him down. He moves through the day with complete confidence, fitting into the rhythm of the team without hesitation.

Cuddly, curious, and very aware of when attention is required.

Four years in, Meagan’s influence is built into the work we do every day.

As our Creative Lead and Senior Graphic Designer, she brings a strong point of view to every project, balancing concept, structure, and ex*****on. She has a way of refining details while keeping the bigger picture in focus, shaping how ideas move from direction through to delivery and strengthening the work along the way.

That approach sets a high standard, not just in what gets created, but in how the team works together. It’s reflected in the thoughtful design, steady leadership, and creative direction she continues to bring to the team.

We’re so glad she’s part of the team.

Website management becomes more complex as updates, plugins, and functionality evolve.

As changes are made over time, they begin to affect layout, navigation, and performance. Without a clear structure in place, small issues start to add up and make the site harder to manage.

WordPress support helps keep everything stable as those changes are introduced. Content can evolve without breaking layouts, updates are applied consistently, and issues are addressed before they turn into recurring problems.

The result is a site that stays reliable and functional, so people can rely on it when they need it.

Most websites don’t suddenly stop working, but they do get harder to manage over time.

As small updates are made, they start to affect the layout and navigation, and things that used to be simple begin to take more time. Without a clear structure in place, those small changes add up and make the site harder to use and maintain.

Spirits Canada came to us to help keep things consistent as the site continued to grow. We support them on an ongoing basis, where updates follow a clear framework so the structure stays intact and nothing starts to slip.

That means navigation stays consistent, content changes don’t break layouts, and new marketing initiatives can be added without creating extra work.

The result is a website that stays clear, functional, and much easier to manage over time.

Two years in, Sabrina’s impact shows up in everything she touches.

From early planning through to final ex*****on, she brings a level of care that shapes how the work comes together. Her thinking around accessibility, structure, and user experience consistently strengthens both the outcome and how the work is delivered.

She has a way of simplifying complex decisions, which shows up in the usability and overall quality of what we deliver. Over the past two years, that has resulted in thoughtful work, steady influence, and a standard that continues to raise the bar.
We’re very lucky to have her on the team.

Brand inconsistency is often treated like a design problem, but in most cases it comes down to something more fundamental.

When there isn’t a system behind the work, consistency becomes difficult to maintain. As teams produce across web, email, and social, things start to drift. Layouts shift, hierarchy becomes less clear, and each new piece requires more effort to bring back into alignment.

Spirits Canada came to us looking for a way to scale their communications without losing consistency as their content continued to grow. In response, we developed a set of branded templates with structure built in, including defined hierarchy, consistent layout rules, and flexible components that can adapt without breaking the brand, while also ensuring accessibility requirements were met through alignment with AODA and WCAG standards.
