This month, we featured April and Dustin Low. The couple, who moved to Greenwood Park in 2022, recently decided to take a risk and follow their dreams, launching their own business, Low Electric. Combining Dustin’s expertise as an electrician with April’s administrative and marketing skills, the couple fully committed to building their family-run business.
Working together presented a new dynamic, but they successfully navigated the challenges of blending their professional and personal lives. While managing a busy household with three young boys -Charlie, Ben, and Paul - they actively involve their children in the business, teaching them how to chase big goals. The kids routinely help organize equipment, and their eldest even handed out business cards at school.
With steady growth and new staff hired, Low Electric is thriving. Grateful for the community's word-of-mouth support, the Lows actively give back, recently sponsoring a KidsInclusive run and planning future local initiatives.
