Here’s your Easter Monday itinerary, self-care edition.

Start with booking your Spring Reset Mani and Pedi at La Bella Beauty Bar, then build the rest of your day around it.

Pop into De Mello Coffee for a coffee-based drink and a pastry, drive north to wander through Sun Harvest Greenhouses, and finish the day with food and a drink at Riverhead Brewing Company.

All of the above open on Monday!

After Sunday’s Pilates and Pints at Daft Brewing (highly recommend next time, especially if you’re planning a high-cal lunch because my body was on fire), I stopped by the knock for a tac’ window at El Gr**go and ordered some of the best tacos I’ve had. The fish taco is my top pick, and the birria was seriously good too.

So excited to see them expanding into a full dine-in space - starting Saturday. Kingston just keeps getting better.

A trip to Limestone Creamery doesn’t happen often enough in my life, but every single time I go, I remember why it’s worth leaving the house for.

Baked goods, cappuccinos, locally grown produce, chemical-free products, and their own milk, chocolate milk, and cream. It’s so fun to see what they have in store.

The drive is part of the experience. I slowed down for a family of deer crossing the road, watched a red cardinal fly right across my windshield and just felt so calm. If you haven’t made the trip north lately, this is your sign. The city will still be here when you get back.
