Today was one of those moments I know I’ll remember forever.

I just finished proofing the very first issue of Leamington Neighbours… and it’s hard to put into words what this feels like.

What started as an idea, a vision, and countless conversations with local business owners has officially become something real. After months of hard work, meetings, planning, late nights, emails, photoshoots, writing, designing, problem-solving, and believing in this community wholeheartedly, seeing these pages come together is incredibly meaningful.

There’s something so special about a first issue. It only happens once.

Seeing all of our founding sponsors throughout these pages is both humbling and emotional. These businesses took a chance not only on me, but on the vision of building something community-focused for Leamington. Their support, trust, and belief in local connection means more than I can say.

I truly believe there is power in community. In supporting local. In telling stories. In creating something that makes people feel connected to where they live.

This moment feels surreal, rewarding, emotional, and honestly… a little bittersweet in the best possible way. Because the journey to get here has meant so much to me.

Today, I’m especially grateful for the people behind my “why.” 🤍

My family is the reason I work so hard every single day, and the reason I continue building, growing, networking, learning, and showing up for local businesses the way I do. Everything I do through L.E. Marketing & Consulting and Kingsville and Leamington Neighbours is rooted in creating a life I’m proud of for my children and showing them that with hard work, integrity, and passion, you truly can accomplish anything you put your mind to. 🥰

One of the things I love most about working with local business owners is knowing that so many of us are doing this for the exact same reason — our families. Behind every small business is someone sacrificing, dreaming big, taking risks, and doing their absolute best to provide a beautiful life for the people they love most.

To all of the moms balancing business, motherhood, marriage, friendships, sports schedules, school events, and everything in between… you are amazing! ✨ I am so excited to officially share that Leamington Neighbours magazine launches this June! ✨

This one feels extra special to me. When I took over Kingsville Neighbours, it was already a beautiful publication—but from the very beginning, I knew I wanted to grow something just like it in Leamington, a community that shaped so much of my own story. I grew up just past Albuna Townline in Kingsville, but went to school in Leamington for both elementary and high school, so this launch truly feels like coming full circle. 💛

I’m incredibly grateful to the many Leamington business owners who have already trusted me with their print advertising, digital marketing, and websites as founding sponsors. Your support means everything, and I cannot wait for residents to see the amazing local businesses that make this community so strong.
