When I was young, I was obsessed with the idea of pleasing others, being loved, being popular. And in that constant search for external validation, I lost myself. 🌫️

My severe acne forced me to face my reflection. Motherhood made me forget a part of myself. A major depression stopped me in my tracks. And through it all, one thread kept showing up: the return to myself. The return to my desires. The return to my essence. 🌸

These events, sometimes painful, taught me that life isn’t linear. It’s full of paradoxes, contradictions. But that’s the complexity of being human. And that’s what makes it so beautiful ✨.

Through image — too often labeled as something superficial — I discovered a path to healing. Because in truth, beauty brings happiness. Not imposed beauty. Not the kind we put on to be validated. But beauty on our own terms. 💫

Wanting to feel beautiful, wanting to care for your appearance — that’s not what leads us astray. What misleads us is doing it for the wrong reason: to fill a void, to be accepted, to exist through others’ eyes. But when it’s done in alignment, for yourself, it nourishes, it elevates, it liberates. 🌿

This is the energy I want women to reconnect with: reclaiming their image, their body, their beauty, as an act of love, grounding, and freedom. Because every woman who embodies her truth becomes a little light in the world. And that light sparks others 🌟.
