Lita Toms and Krista Houle have truly made the most of the opportunities that Lac du Bonnet has to offer. The dynamic duo are proud to be celebrating the second anniversary of their store, Manitoba Made Events & Shop, located at 66 Second Street in Lac du Bonnet, which has exceeded their expectations. As Houle explains, “The store’s success has surpassed our wildest dreams.”

Having relocated from Winnipeg and Beausejour, the pair now call Lac du Bonnet home. With over 75 Manitoba vendors selling products at the store, Manitoba Made truly lives up to its name. In addition to products from other vendors, Houle and Toms also sell their own products. The store offers a wide range of items, from clothing to crafts to food, all made in Manitoba. The pair have both sat on the board of the Lac du Bonnet Farmers' Market, and showcasing made-in-Manitoba products is their passion.
