I've been wanting to do this for years! I updated my 2005 Subaru Forester to turn it into an off-road overlanding machine.

I added a 2 inch lift kit, new suspension (coils, struts etc.) new wheels, big, knobby offroad tires, a yellow wrap and a truckliner (gritty, black paint) below.

Of course, I also bought loads of yellow accessories and wrapped the center console too! In the rear window is a molle panel that allows for emergency items, tools etc to be strapped in and easily accessed.

Random AI task-du-jour!

Here’s your example.

I saw a box of toilet seats for sale on auction and said to Care, “Hey. I got you a box of toilet seats!”.

I asked the AI music-generating program, Suno.ai and asked it to

“A catchy song for a kid's TV program about gift-giving called "I got you a box of toilet seats.”

One minute later, here are my songs. YES. It wrote TWO versions! Same lyrics, different arrangements. You really should give this a try. It's so fun and weird! I'd love to hear your "songs."

If you’re at all like me, you’ve often got a lot of negative self-talk circulating ‘round and ‘round in your head, I would love to share a discovery.

Probably stuff you’ve heard of and maybe even tried. I had tried both but honestly, I don’t think I really understood their point fully.

Would telling myself to “Cheer up” make the thoughts stop bugging me? And what could possibly be the point of sitting quietly and focusing on my breath? Dumb right?
