Whether you’re looking for a quick lunch or a simple dinner, here is the easiest six-ingredient Caprese Sandwich recipe for you to try! Recipe instructions below!🍅✨
Ingredients:
1 baguette
Fresh basil1 ½ cups baby arugula
1 mozzarella ball (8 ounces)
2 heirloom tomatoes
Pesto sauce

Instructions:

Step 1:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Slice the bread in half lengthwise, then stack it back together and slice it down the middle to form two large sandwiches, or again to make four small ones. Place the sliced bread on a baking sheet with the cut sides facing up. Bake for 5 minutes, or until warmed through and turning lightly golden around the edges.

Step 2:
To assemble the sandwiches, pesto over half of the cut sides of the bread. Layer some arugula on top, then weigh it down with rounds of mozzarella. Top with the sliced tomato, then sprinkle the tomato lightly with flaky salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3:
Spread the basil generously over the cut side of the remaining slices of bread. Place them face down over the tomatoes. Enjoy!

Quick and refreshing, this 6-ingredient Fattoush salad pairs perfectly with wraps and sandwiches. Or just add your favorite protein to it for an instant meal. 🥗
Instructions:
Step 1: Make the dressing. Combine all the dressing ingredients and mix thoroughly. Taste and adjust by seasoning with salt and black pepper. Set aside.
Step 2: Make the salad. Chop the lettuce, cucumbers, and tomatoes. Toss together with dressing and top with crispy pita chips.
Step 3: Enjoy!

Ingredients
Dressing:
2 tbsp Pomegranate Molasses
¼ cup Olive Oil
¼ tsp Salt
1 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
Optional - ¼ tsp black pepper

Salad:
2 Cucumbers
2 Roma Tomatoes
1 Head of Romaine Lettuce
Handful of Crispy Pita Chips

This is a classic go-to recipe that's ready in less than 20 mins and is packed with flavor and nutrients. Get creative and replace the penne with your favorite kind of pasta! 🍝

Cherry Tomato Pasta

Ingredients :
1 lb. pasta
Salt + pepper to taste
½ cup olive oil
2 large garlic cloves, finely chopped
3 pints cherry tomatoes
1 cup coarsely chopped fresh basil
Block of feta

Instructions:
Step 1: Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water, stirring occasionally, until al dente; drain pasta and transfer to a large bowl.
Step 2: Meanwhile, heat oil in a 12" skillet or wide heavy saucepan over medium-high. Add garlic, then tomatoes, pepper, sugar, and 1 tsp. salt. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tomatoes burst and release their juices to form a sauce, 6–8 minutes.
Step 3: Toss pasta with tomato sauce, crumbled feta and basil.
